1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions: If you have not accessed or participated in the course, or if there were technical difficulties preventing access. Additionally, if the course content does not match the description, a refund request can be made within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been completed.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if you have completed more than 20% of the course or if the course was purchased during a promotional sale. Personal reasons unrelated to technical issues or content accuracy also do not qualify for a refund.
